H. Roger Neal's Fast Flip Real Estate ripoff, Mr. Roger Neal stole my money I paid them for the money and they just vanished in the air

I paid Roger Neal for the real estate materials and right after that they just discconected all the phone lines and now I don't know what to do I'm tryinfg to get money back but so far I have been unsuccesfull.
