Ripoff - Takes Money out of My Account BEFORE my Free Trial is Over!

I received a phone call from Capital Vacations. The lady on the phone was informative and very friendly. I asked many questions regarding canceling the program within the trial Period, she said that the 800 numbers to cancel and the other answers to my questions would be in the enrollment package. I was tough to convince however; I finally 'took the bait'.

My 'package' arrived. A strange book that didn't discuss details of the program. From seeing the lack of information in the book, I decided to cancel my trial membership. After 3 days (not 14 as promised.

My bank account had been charged $149.00. The $19.95 enrollment fee and the $59.95 monthly fee do not add up to this figure, so I just panicked.

I immediately did a search on TAN with the phone number and found this site! Oh My Goodness, I have been decieved.

Called the customer service # 888-320-6848 Ans. Machine, got the same on other numbers 888-824-7675 and 888-711-6689.

I will happily agree to join in on a class action Suit with this irreputable company. I am disabled and wanted to buy my husband a trip to New York. Now I have to tell him that I have been duped, yuck.
