Fraud! We never received anything from them

We are a small company that was signed up with Norvergence in June. We did not ever receive anything from them except a box that they left on the floor of our telecom room. Our lease hasn't even begun yet, but we have been contacted by the lease company, Wells Fargo Leasing, that we will have to pay the entire 60 month lease even though we never got ANYTHING. I am also having trouble getting a password into TelecomAgent. Any info from anyone would be helpful.
