Dear Suze:
Often, when you end your show you have the wonderful phrase "people first, then money, then things". This is an open letter to you to ask you and those who are doing business in your name to follow this wonderful phrase of yours. I do this letter in a public forum as it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at your show or the above-mentioned websites.
Suze, in your show you often refer to those "bad people, " the waiters or clerks that might steal your credit card number. You often urge people to use the services of www.myfico.com as a way to protect your identity and your credit. However, I wonder if you are aware that when people buy products from Myfico.com they end up with unauthorized charges from MWI Homeworks Plus, a company that operates under 50 different names and is being pursued legally by several states, including Florida and Minnesota. Suze, at your urging, I purchased a credit reporting product from myfico.com and ended up with a recurring charge from MWI Homework Plus. Suze, this are not people you would want to do business with. They hang up on customers, say that they will cancel the membership-you-never ordered only to have the charge appear gain the following month. Only when you file a complaint with the Attorney General of Nebraska things seem to move. But in the meantime, months pass, you have to fight with your bank about getting the charges off. Suze, is a mess!
Please disassociate yourself from such people. Don't let your good name be tarnished by such crooks. Please put people first, your fans like me, then money then things.
