LA Manufacturing Housing Commission Sammy Hoover followed me over 100 miles to take pictures of me on interstate, didn't resond to a complaint we called in and home owner called in

Sammy Hoover is on the board of the LA Manufacturing Housing Commission and has been harrassing me, stalking me and slaudering my company. He is telling other trailer movers to turn me in so he can put me in prison.

He followed me for three days, over 100 miles taking pictures of my truck and me on jobs. I was doing nothing wrong. He followed me to my home town area. I just pulled up to the location about 30 minutes before him. He got out of his car told me my prices were to low and then he told me I was blocking and leveling the trailer. I told him I wasn't it was a pick up and deliver. He called me a liar, and went to the home owner and ask him. The home owner told him no, it was just a pick up and deliver. He told the home owner that he could be find up to a $1,000's.

They had the city law enforcement there, the home owner told me he didn't want me to move his trailer that he didn't want to get in trouble. I had to refund the home owners money. He went to another city to a mobile home moving company that if he sees me blocking and leveling trailer to turn me in. Also went with Rollin Mobile Homes to, American's Homes and they told him that they called dot and had he trailer impounded.

Another mover done damage to a mobile home. We called him to go inspect it. He said he didn't have time, that the home owner had to request it. So the home owner called and request for him to come out and inspect because they were going to court. He never showed up. The home owner's lost their porches, damages on trailer and the lawsuit, because he didn't show up.

When other home owners and companies call and complain on me he is there the next day. We have proof

I was told he was stalking me, harrassing me and slandering my company.

Other companies has been reporting them and nothing is being done about it. Now I have no more business. I'm losing everything. My wife was in the hospital and almost died twice. We acquired depts of over $100,000. The hosiptal is calling for the payments. My wife has been depressed over this. This has forced us to to apply for medical cards and food stamps for my family. We almost lost our phone and lights, but thanks to friends we haven't.

I can't read and write and he knows that.

I was told I could put charges on him for stalking, harrassing and slaudering my company. I was told to send a report to the LA Board of Ethics and The State Police Task Force Crime Lab, because all the members of the commission are from different states.

I would appreciate if you could help us or refur us to someone that could. Time is running out. I am almost out of business of 12 years.
