Obtaining money under falsehood

Signed up for a Bachelore Level Program charging U.S.$3,499.00. I had been informed by Justin Durriaco that I don't have to pay nothing else. Today he wishes me to pay for U.S.$1500.00. Additionally for assessatation and appropriate costs that has to become varified by Mrs. Clinton of the Worldwide Educational Services. At the moment my program is plugged. Additionally they described that their college is certified. I request using the International Education Support to place a finish for this fraud. That is really wrong. I'd like a complete reimbursement of my costs and that I may record this towards the required police agencies. I to fit in with a police force organization and that I won't sleep until these causes are placed behind bars or tried.
