Attempted Ripoff well coached, does not display proper id or permits

Last night a young man claiming to be a high school student from the neighborhood, although looks older, came to the door asking for money for book sales to help raise funds for his Lacrosse team. Asks for larger amounts of money (over $100). He is well coached, does not display proper id or permits, and will not leave any literature.
