Never honored my 3 day "right of recission", no refund!

Ordered these educational materials from an infomercial (TV); received some materials & decided not for me. I filed my 3 day "right of recission" in a timely manner; they refused to honor. Made an offer of an individual coach; I didn't want this; I WANTED MY MONEY ($1,995) REFUNDED.

I contacted the PA Atty. General; they responded with "doctored" paperwork; said I didn't cancel in time & their dates were over one (1) year in error. I couldn't hire an attorney; the State of PA believed their "BS".

This company is a total RIPP-OFF; people I know intended tell me all their "claims" are AFTER a stock had made a serious run-up. They did not "true time" investing; I am sure they would have not looked so much like "geniuses"; the people instructing (I was told) make their money from running a "dog & pony" show and have no real experience in the stock market!!! Stay away!!!
