I send to them the letter (air mail) and also claim a Huari Rechargeable Shaver at special publicity - campaing price - to cash awrd recipients only - of just 25,95 Euros from my Credit Card (I give my Credit Card number and they are taked the money)

I didn"t get any answer from them but they are sending the same letter again but cash payout code is different.
