Ripoff, deceit, overcharge, never ending forbearences

Ocwen Federal Bank is the worse! We have been lied to, cheated, and overcharged, many many times. We have been on several of there forbearance plans, ones you are hooked, you can never get released.

My bank couldn't believe that they returned a certified check, and wouldn't except a cash payment, also, continued late charges was applied. The very first payment in the mix up of companies, when they bought us from the morgage company that we originaly had signed with just after one month. The payment went to the wrong company, we didn't know this, but Ocwen had been charging us with a 10% late fee each month. There is not enough time to continue with the things that we "My husband and I" have had to deal with, just the stress and aggravation alone, this people are not nice. The employees are not nice either.

The lawyers that they have are the worst. We are drained and we still keep on fighting. My boys have grown up in this home, and one just got married, but we are close to just walking away, we didn't have the money to continue with the lawsuit, which I am sure there is a lot out there in the same boat. We now filed chapter 13, but we are still drained, and ready to walk away.

Something has to happen to Ocwen. We have had this home for 20yrs and have never had to deal with anything like this before.
