Afs, Xpress Loan Servicing Sold and consolidated loans without notification, my signature or my consent

I am very frustrated that after obtaining an education with a four year degree in Oregon, I came to Washington to have my master's degree loan sold and consolidated and the price for one year of college escalated to 70.000.00!!! I paid off the Bachelor's -4year - in oregon without disreputable companies stealing my loan and robbing me blind! My credit has been ruined and although I hired a lawyer to help, she took my money and ran. I cannot buy a home and I work for the state.

If you can help please let me know. Look the other way when AES sends material. Even though I did, they somehow got my loan and said I consolidated. They do not have my signature on anything! When I tried to contact the facility when I found out that it was no longer with Sallie May, I was told that they were no longer in business. Xpress loan is involved somehow. This was all done during the grace period. The original loan was 24, ooo. 00 It is now on my credit report as 55,000.00 and an additional 15,000.00

It has been in garnish for 4 years because I do not trust them or know who they are. Also, if it is consolidated why are there two loans? The balance has not come down after three years of 400 per month. I don't know how to stop them but watch the grace period. They do it when you don't think you need to think about payment. The agreement states 6 months after graduation. This is America. I am sad that scam artists are robbing honest American people!!!
