Tibs, National one ripoff

I was billed 24.95 for a telephone call to UK made by an unauthorized dialer installed on my PC without my consent or knowledge until it began dialing.

I tried every thing i could think of to stop it and finally had to pull the phone cord out of the wall. The bill came from nationalone, referncing Tibs, Ltd as the party on behalf of which it was billing.
