8/03 Unauthorized Debit & OVERDREW my account $130.00. Amount refunded. 7/04 charged my debit card $139.95 even with new card expir. Date

August my debit card account was charged for an unauthorized membership to Encore Travel. Resulted in a $28.00 over draft charge, the worst is I had no money to live until the 7-15 days it took them to return funds to my account.

July 1 my account is debited again in the amount of $139.95. Banker gives details of the electronic transaction, Furtune Builder with two toll free numbers. 1-800-444-9800 and 1-866-679-8659. I call the first number, speak with Monique.

Monique informs me my account history indicates that in 8/03 'membership was declined'. But they decided to send me the offer in the mail for their new business building opportunity.

But they mailed it to my old address and the US Postal Service does not forward 'junk mail' and I never receive it or the opportunity to decline their offer within the 30 day free trial period.

Since i did not respond in the 30 day and they automatically debit my account. This is 7/02/04, the 4th of july weekend and account is overdrawn.

Just glad my child in having a great vacation on the pacific coast with the rest of my family.

I'm disabled, on a low income and can't handle this financially, and it exercerbates my cronic medical condition.
