William Spencer Bad business practices, employer provided bounce checks, terminated my employment while still owing six weeks pay

I was employed with The Daybridge School of Olympia Fields from 12/10-07/11. During my tenure I provided services for an After School program and incorporated a physical education program. Daybridge did not provide adequate tools for either program and each pay period I would have to wait till enrollment money was received. I was told my services were no longer needed in April with a month of school left because of funding, however I would take over as an Athletic Director in the fall and supervise the sports instructors during summer camp. I was not paid for my April services until June, and never received compensation for my services during the summer. I was given a check that bounced and false promises that I would be taken care of. The only reason I stayed was because of the kids and hopes that I would be paid. I saw staff member after staff member leave in disgust, and eventually I was told that the summer camp will be shutting down. All contact information that I had for the Spencers and Daybridge lead to dead ends. I have filed a labor dispute with the Labor Board and will assist any class action suits that are filed. This experience impacted my family and we almost lost our home. I have not (and probably will not) receive my W-2's which is impacting my tax return. Any direction or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
