National Finacial Publications The Complete Guide To Mystery Shopping ripoff, frauds, liars, I called several of the companys listed got a home phone # and a company that dosen't know why they are on their list

I ordered the mystery shoppers guide. Since I am disabled and have been unable to work for the last year I felt this was something I could do to help my husband who is a minister to make a little extra money.

His father is being treated for lung cancer and is
seriously ill. I just wanted to help in some way. I got the package over the internet on June 21 which is the same day I ordered it. The check was withdrawn on my bank account on 6/22/04.

I at first attemted to contact the company on thier list thru thier Email acccont no web pages existed for several of them that was the first problem, I the tried to call several of the companys alas I was told that thier names should not be in these magazines, I then called another number it was some ones home phone number.

The only time I was able to get on line with any of the companys listed to fill out an appication it went blank
when i hit the submit button. So how am I suppose to be filling out application if half the companys dont exist and the only way to contact them is supposedly by mail I guess I'll have to buy alot of stamps since I cannot afford to call every company long
distance.

Some one if you know how please help me get my money back. I called the customer service department its an atomated voice that tells you to call another customer service center then hangs up on you no live person ever came on the line I finally called the numberI got from your report and they said I would just have to keep calling untill some one picks up since they only had one customer service person back there.

The young lady I spoke with name was Ashley and her supervisors name was Laurie she told me to email them and said they always answer thier emails.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with
