Everest Consumer Services is Nothing but a Big Ripoff

I called to Cancel my order and was told that the order would not be processed, four days later $299.00 was charged to my account. When I called their customer service they said I would be mailed a form to sign in order to recive a refund that has been over a month and I have still not gotten the form.
