Old tricks new name. Read many reports stating this phone scam, found that these people go by many different names. This time they chose a legitimate business name for their scam. I hope that the real Continuity Partners Inc (based in NY) goes after these people.

The only way to stop further withdrawals was to close our account, time consuming but in the end well worth it. Thankfully our bank; Bank of America, has dealt with this sort of thing before and worked extraordinarily quickly to resolve our issues. Thank you Bank of America.
