Wont refund membership for daughter in hospice in a wheelchair with cance

In January 26 paid for a membership in full $6076.00 for my two girls ages 10 and 6. A few months later in June my oldest daughter was placed in hospice with renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer). She is now in a wheelchair. I asked for a prorated refund as I am the primary caretaker and must be with my daughter at all times. It is now January and they have denied my claim for a refund.

Prior to this happening we were active participants. My daughters loved karate and I paid all additional dues faithfully including additional equipment. I am shocked and disgusted to see that despite this diagnosis Karate America continues to deny me a refund.

I am exploring the BBB and other agencies for some help. If I get no response I am going to the media to expose this disgusting injustice.

Their contract clearly states the contract will be dissolved under medical conditions.
