The tuition for a 12 month program seems excessive

I went to check out a diploma program at Miami Jacobs today and I was shocked at the tuition charged for a Medical Billing and Coding. They offer it for a Diploma only and cost for this! 2 month program is $27,000. This seems really excessive for a diploma and no degree. Seems they are taking advantage of the amount of people out of work and the need for education and career training.
