Rob Harper is the Herman Cain of career coaching. He was accused multiple times of sexual harrassment & bullying. He inflated his credentials - he was never the Chief of Staff of the Citigroup Private Bank. There is no such position as a Chief of Staff at Citigroup. The Presidential Office, military & hospitals have Chief of Staff positions, not banks! He was a VP who managed 6-7 people, not 25-50.

Unfortunately, Rob Harper would bully & humiliate people he didn't like. As a manager, even if a person disagrees with your direction, or you have a personal dislike for someone, however irrational, you do not have the right to humiliate or yell at them. He made a lot of people miserable with his unprofessional and unethical behavior.

He has a checkered past and has re-invented himself as an Author (via Amazon) & a Career Coach. People, please do not waste your money on this foolishness. If you need career advice, please find a coach / author with legitimate credentials. Legitimate coaches do not lie about their credentials, nor do they bully others.
