Of Perris "Free gift" broken

I placed an order for several items. With a "merchandise order of $30 or more, " if I found the distorted item (a "unisex" watch) shown on one of the product sheets, I was to receive that item "absolutely free." The item did arrive with my order, but it was broken. A broken watch helps no one.

Some of these companies have fairly decent products and fairly reasonable prices; however, keep in mind that "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't."

Also, if these companies do not have a website or a toll-free phone number, they are suspicious at the very least. Perhaps they have something to hide.
