We were also ripped off by ACTT here in Raliegh, NC, in almost an identical manner. The only diffence was, we had no warning whatsoever. We showed up for classes one day and everything was gone. I hope someone will make them pay, they promised me guaranteed certification and job placement, within weeks of completing the program. All i got out of the relationship was as Net certification and 15,000 dollars in debt.
