I received my bank statement today, only to find there were two individual charges to our bank account. The company was Travelvaluesplus for 9.00 and another from reservationrewards for an additional 9.00. Totalling 18.00.

This is total madness. I or my spouse have never heard of them nor applied for this service or whatever it is. But we would like to know how this came to be. I contacted them and they said they would reissue my money back to my account and cancel whatever it was. What disturbs me is who and when gave these people our information and if we find out I will press charges, if possible.

This is total b.S. If anyone knows how I can find this out we would appriciate it. Thanks
