I got a copy of my credit report and they showed up. I made the call and they said I had applied for a low limit visa with them, and in applying, I agreed to pay $300 for a book!

I NEVER received either a visa or a book. I never even received a bill from these people. Yet they have been reporting me as delinquent on a payment since October 1999 and I never even knew!

We must stop these people. The only thing they were willing to do was let me send a letter to the legal department but they said I didn't have a leg to stand on so there was nothing I could do.
