Ripoff mailed cod pkg to my home and then sent a letter stating I neeed to pay cod charges or it will reflect on my credit worthiness

A COD pkg came to my home for $49.00. I did not accept the pkg because I did not order anything. The next day a letter came stating I had ordered this card through an 800 number (I hadn't).
The letter stated that if I did not get a money order for this amount, it would affect my credit worthiness.
