MWI HOMEWORKS PLUS ripoff Unauthorized credit card charges

During order for TV merchandise, company used an unauthorized tag-on to said order and commenced billing $14.95 per month to VISA account. Activity went unnoticed until we did a detailed audit of monthly VISA billings.
Company contacted April 14 and individual ID'd as "Kyon" (employee #9401) promised a full and complete credit to account.
Remains to be seen!
