Ripoff harrassed me for years about my magazine supscriptions

This company has called me on several occassions telling me they were going to reduce my monthly out of pocket expense by reducing the number of magazines I was receivng but instead actually charge me for 4 new ones so that now I am having 2 charges to my account each month. I have called them several times and they tell me they will fix it and then they call back telling me I only have 1 account that hte other one has run out but still I am being charged twice.
