I have always thought of CIT as a good company, but I had never cunducted any bussiness with. Well my opinion has changed! Thieves, liars, cheats

We opened a new company a few months ago. We were called by a gent Named Jim, asking for a appointment to discuss our credit card service. Thats when our nightmare began. Out of the clear blue sky these two guys show up. That day was a busy day but they would not leave.in all the confusion and high presure I accepeted the service, but with the understanding, if my my new business did not work out they pick up the eqipment, no questions asked. Well sure enough the new business did not work. I tried to contact the rep, he will not return my calls. I call lease finance group, they told me in so many words, they will not take it back and I am obligated for 48 momths.

I have requested a copy of a contract they say I signed. I have explained to them I have closed the account on my defunk business, and will mail them the monthly rental, They say no way, I must have a ckecking account electronic transfer. Well this is a first for me.
