Ripoff

I have read a lot of post about pimerica being ripoffs. But I didn't read about them directly ripping some one off. Has any one ever had a run in with them and given them money and they didn't live up to what an agreement. I don't work for them or anyting. I just want to know if they are real crooks or is everyone just speculating.
