When we 1st purchased or home we were with chase manhattan bank and had a wonderful relationship with them. Then or note was sold to ocwen. Things went well for sometime then all hell broke loose.

First we were being told that we didn't have insurance and they started charging us for coverage we had proven to them that we did in fact have. We were never able to resolve this. Then they started saying we were not making payments.

This started around the time we did hit some hard times and were paying with money orders. Let it be known that even thru hard times the roof over our & our childrens heads was the top priority.

Well they seemed to know that i can't hold onto a receipt from the grocery store to the house. Ultimatly they drove us into chapter 13. Even then we were accused of not making payments and had to pay an avg. Of $16.00 ea for copies of the cancelled m/o's. And still never got the proper credits.

A class action should be filed against these thieves. Please contact me with your stroies and let's get something going to eradacate this group of $&)^&%
