Ripoff fake check

As other people reported, exactly the same thing happened to me. The amount debited is $139 in Feb. I filed dispute at my bank, and got a photo copy of the fake check. Obviously it's not my check. No signature either. My bank is also stupid there's no endorsement signature either. How can they accept the check?

The payee on the chek is iBill Ltd. It looks like the company is payment gateway. So, I called iBill and asked them to search for the transaction but they coulnd't find any. Probably the name of the payee is also fake.

My bank is slow to resolve this kind of issue. They asked me to wait for half a year.
