Child getting hurt excessively

I'd receive an event record at least one time per week for my youngest child. He's now-17 weeks old and it has had numerous lumps and bruises on his body. The justification is definitely because of anything "he" did or his cousin triggered. I understand my kids and the things they can handle, and yes while he's nevertheless only a little awkward, there's no method these scars are simply merely incidents.
