Still at it in K op P Pa. Tiimons, Camarda, Ashton et al.

Charlie, I've called your office approximately 6-9 times and no one has extended the courtesy of
returning the telephone call. As you know from the messages I have left, PMA has continuously breached its settlement agreement with me because no monthly settlement check arrives on the without my prodding your office to issue one. During this past month it appears that you have stopped issuing checks altogether. I assume that also applies to payroll checks, rent checks, and the like. This practice appears to be in evidence at PMA. It is distressing to me as your creditor and makes it conflicting for me to seek your counsel regarding my job search when you can't be trusted to keep your written agreements.

Where do we go from here? Your choice. Let me hear from you today. I trust you've been checking your voicemail and have received my messages.

I have expressed my concern and discontent with your firms services on numerous occasions. I have expressed this to Larry Camarda and Constance Ashton. There has been no resolution. During our last meeting in person meeting you told me you were going to resolve the issues. You were going to develop a move forward plan. You were going to give me a refund after reviewing my account. You told me to call you that Monday evening following our Saturday meeting. I did. You said you were busy. You told me to call you after 10:00 AM the next day, I did. You were busy again. I had called you three more times but you were not in or you were busy. I had left messages. I have sent emails. I have had no responses to this date. With my last message I gave you a deadline of Tuesday, or I would take action. You did not call. You have left me no other choice but to take action. I will take my story to KYW - TV and the "Shame on You" portion.
You have left me with no other options, I have not heard from you or your firm. I do not want anything other than a refund from you and your firm. I have
lost all faith and trust in your services and now in your word. I hope to hear your response (email or phone) by Thursday. If not I will proceed by contacting KYW.
