Ripoff Despite our cancellation notice we provided, this company drafted over $300 from our acct - SCAM!

We had an account with this company less than a month, then cancelled once we had the opportunity to research them. A year later, our checking account was drafted two fees $99.99 each. When we called, we were told that they received our cancellation notice but it was company policy "not to refund". Therefore, we would be given a "voucher check" good for merchandise in the catalog.

A "voucher" is not good enough. I believe we have been scammed in most severe way - since we never ordered anything.

It seems that business was slow for them so they decided to "force-sell" their products.

I want our money back and since this was our bill-pay acct additional fees were assessed since we only keep a little over the amount of our bills in this account.
