Nightmares from Ocwen Devils

Ocwen purchased my loan in March. At the time my taxes and insurace were escrowed with my mortgage payment. Unbeknownced to me, they were missapplying my payment.

Currently I am recieving tax delinquency bills, and my insurance premium is past due. I am in danger of enforced insurance due to Ocwen's negligence.

For the past three weeks I have contacted Ocwen to no avail. They continue to tell me they will send an email to the research department.
