Ripoff, unauthorized credit card charges of $9 each, not even a member, never heard of this company

I have two unauthorized charges on my credit card for $9.00 each. These charges are occuring at the end of each month, starting January.

I have never heard of this company before. I have not authorized any charges. I am not a member of this company nor is anyone in my family.

I need to know how to get these charges reversed and stopped. I found a report that said to unsubscribe to the service, but since I have never signed up for it, I am not a member. Unsubscribing is not possible.
