My husband was ripped off by this company. Their "auto ship" program was not disclosed to him when he ordered their Enzyte and Ogoplex products. He tried it out of curiousity siting that someone he worked with talked about how great it was. After raising a big stink over this with one of the "supervisors" I was promised a full purchase price refund when I returned the product to them. I sent both unopened packages back on Jan 29. I was only refunded $59.95.
I immediately called and the girl said there had been an error but she would get it corrected "immediately" but to give them 5-7 business days to post it to my account. Well, here I am on March 5 still waiting for my money. I have called every week and every week there is a different reason why it hasn't been returned "but wait 5-7 business days and we'll get it to you". Last week someone finally advised me that the second bottle was never received. I was quick to correct that claim siting that I had returned both unopened packages stapled to a letter inside a bigger envelope that was sent certified mail and return receipt.
She was going to get right on it and I should have my money back on Tuesday of this week. Guess what folks? That's right... No money still. I called today feeling very frustrated that my 5-7 business days has turned into 1 month. I lost it. I told the girl I wanted my money back today. I requested to speak to their accounting department. She promptly dismissed my request saying that they do not accept phone calls from customers. So I requested a Supervisor. Again I was dismissed saying that no one was available.
I've had it with these people. They are ripping people off left and right and obviously getting away with it. Don't lay down and let them do this anymore. I've reported them to the Ohio Better Business Bureau, the Ohio State Attorney Generals Office, the Federal Trade Commission and the IRS. Maybe if more people make a fuss we can get them for the theives they are.
