Incompetent and nasty school administration: abusive practices towards students

Leah Shulman made errors on my transcript and refused to correct them. When I inquired politely by email she responded in a very hostile fashion by email and phone. The error was never corrected.

Ira Rosenfeld made excuses for Leah Shulman, and caused errors in our student loans last year that delayed receiving loans until almost the mid-point of the academic year.

Bottom line: nasty and incompetent medical administration
