I've subscribed for about a month now. I couldn't even access the site with the username and password they sent me by email until this week. I downloaded their "FILE FINDER" and I find thousands of computers, but no computers with files to share. I have reported all these problems by email, which is the only support they offer, and have never gotten a reply.
