Access to courses

Around three months before I reduced my child plan at Penn Foster. I had been overdue with funds so that they refused her use of her courses (that will be clear). It's now been three months and he or she does not have use of her courses. After I talked to some consultant about that, they advised me it might get upto per month. I'd never suggest anybody getting program with Penn Foster. It will not consider that lengthy to obtain access. After I first enrolled her, she'd access the very first time of registration.
