Scam

Im 13 and got a call from a 'agent' one night knowing my whole name and wanting me to come down to a auditon the follwing satuday. I had no idea where she got my information and when we asked her twice on different days she used the excuse of her not having the files out. There team was based in florida and would fly out to different cities after they gather up all these girls with there hopes up of actually thinking this was there chance. I was one of them. I came in there 3 days later thinking my acting dream would finally end up soming true. That dream continued when the head lady gave a speech about how long they have been around and all the secuss they have done. I waited with at least 150 girls as they called in people one at a time. They asked questions and the gist of the questions invovled money and if you can afford it. My mother said we would be capable of it. As a girl with big dreams my hopes were higher than the sky thinking nothing was wrong with it. Then we get a phone call with the lady jessica telling us im in! I was so excited but thats when my dad started looking more in too it because they talked about the money and how expensive it was. My dad searched through history with barbizon and families have been scammed and they only want the money. If you have the money, your in. They do it purposly to call you late notice and fly in and you go to the audition and not give you time to think about all of this. They set all it up to get girls dreams set high but ends up dissapointing them. It is a scam and i didnt want to believe it when i read everything but it is. And it made me extremely dissapointed that it brought tears. Dont put your child through this because it only causes harm. I regret it.
