The collector would not take no for an answer and insisted on talking to the president of the company. When he insisted they were "out" for two years of advertizing that had been purchased by an employee who had only worked for us a year, I knew they were a scam. They did have a recording of my employees voice, they played. Very convincing. Except it was obviously edited so the answers didn't go with the questions. Don't fall for it.
