Would not grant me my certification on completion

I'm hoping you can help me I studied the ITTT 100 hour course through ITTT TESOL and achieved 68% for the final exam and sadly only now have been informed that the past rate is 75%.

All other institutions follow the norm of a 50% as a pass. As a self supporting student it is going to be very difficult to refinance this costly course.

They now want me to upgrade the course and pay them an extra R 1,047.85 to complete the course.in all their emails concerning my registration of this course and not once was I informed about the pass rate before I paid them.

I would really appreciation it if you would be able to advise me on what I should do.
