MUST University
Bad Experience

I enrolled with MUST University back in Mar/ April to get a Masters Degree in Crime Scene Investigation. I learned throughout noticing numerous issues kept arising from this school that this University's credits are not transferrable and is not recognized by other schools nor for employment purposes. This will hinder me getting any type of employment due to this type of University except for waste of money.

I've filed complaint before with this University back on Aug having many issues of the school not keeping up to their word or following through what they said they will do. One of counselors, after I filed a complaint first time, had called me to someway alleviate this from pursuing action and stated they will for sure assist me but again, another lie. Overall, I am not happy with the services not given to me accurately then never receiving my Welcome Package as I found out it was sent to wrong address then they kept saying it will be corrected and sent to correct address, but never received it. Till this day, I don't ever get emails from them anymore nor even a response when I asked please respond to my emails. If I don't get half my college fees from them, I will still press further with other agencies against them.

This University doesn't promise or follow through many times, as told to me. I noticed comparing the classes online and studies that it is not far comparable to other Universities. Half the time when reading the test question, is so totally not readable and is misspelled. I don't see it to be useful for my job that I am pursuing as it hurting me in the long run. I will mentioned this to other agencies when I email/write/call them. This time, they won't stop me from going further. They lied too many times to me. I'm surprised this University had gotten away with legally getting their business online, then trying to reach out by advertising to the public their discounted rate, then a big discouragement comes into play. It's the biggest let down. I feel I wasted my hard earned money for this University and they just want your money! I’m demanding my refund from this college as they seem to be scamming me and others out there for their money. They don’t care but only themselves and they operate overseas, not out of California, like they say their office is located at.
