No help finding a job

I enrolled with this online school to be a medical coder and biller. The schooling was first rate and I graduated with honors. I got all of my information I needed to be a coder and/or biller. I graduated in June and started looking for a job. I got no help from their, so-called, career services. Oh, they would call and ask how it was going and give me a pep talk. Nothing more than that. It is now April and I still do not have a job in that field.
