Ripoff Selling fake memorabilia, won't respond, stealing your money

I purchased two items from HCB in 2000. Once I got the items, I sent them off to another authenticator of my choice. I was informed that the items were not real. I tried to contact HCB with no luck. I ended up hiring a lawyer to draft a letter and send it to HCB requesting my money back. They received the letter and I received no response. I have decided that I am going to prosecute HCB and would like any suggestions as to your thoughts. I am asking for money back for the items I purchased. My investment to this point is $29,000. I look foward to any reponse I may receive.
