Paid for them to edit my paper. They edited with a new paper that was plagiarized. I only paid $35 but I did not receive what I asked. Now they won't return call

I had to write several papers at one time. I did but because I was tired I wanted professional eyes to edit for me. When I submitted paper it was returned to me on my topic and revised. I thought all was well. But upon further research I realized that this was plagiarized work. I did not submit but instead submitted my own work. I feel that if I paid you to edit you should have given me what I paid for. You did not have to write or research anything. Now no one will answer phone and I am unable to acquire a refund.
