I was one of the many in my area in Arizona that went to a seminar after being invited to get information about funding for college for my daughter. I felt like I had been deceived as to the focus of the program was not really teaching students and parents how to provide for funding.instead it was a sales pitch for their services. I still decided to invest the initial $1000 to join the Group because I thought they could still help.
I used 10 percent of the limited funds I already had for my daughter's college to make this investment from a UTMA account that was set up for her education. Like others I have read about here in some of the reports here, I too received a postcard stating that they closed their doors and could not contact or be contacted. Like most people, I suspect the money other members have given to them were not from an abundant source and needs to be replaced.
This money is a large sacrifice on my daughters and my part. I understand that going directly to the Group to get our money back is not an option. Does anyone know who should I contact directly and is it possible at all they we will eventually get our money back. Also, Is there a website that will report any official notices or articles of information so we can stay informed as to the investigation process?
