Overcharged for a degree I cant use

I made the mistake of going to this second rate institution. What a waste of money. An extremely expensive education and afterwords I couldn't get a job. They overbilled me and when I refused to pay, they billed me again. Now I have 2 bills and 2 attempts at collection. Even if I pay one, they will want me to pay the other. Which I don't in any way owe. Don't go to this school A total rip off.
