Disappointment of Child Care - Graham Windham Day Care Center 11211

A lot is wrong with this day care center. The heat is very limited in the cold seasons and NO A/C IN THE SUMMER. I was in disbelief of how untrained the teachers' are; especially the assistant teachers' and the aids. The teachers' show no knowledge of early childhood education and/or how to communicate to the parents of their students. They will seem bothered and give you an attitude, if ask daily questions about your child's progress. They do not encourage parent involvement, only when they need food/materials for an event. I could not believe congress woman Diana Reyna supports and has her child attend this day care. I would have thought she would chose a better educational environment for her own child. If you think you will see intellect and educated staff members, you will not. DO NOT send your child to this center, if you want your child to receive a positive, enriched, educational experience. I write base on my personal experience from parent and professional perspective. My advice to you, visit and observe the day care center before you actually make a decision. Good luck on search.
